As our Business Process Manager you will be responsible for the design of Capmo’s future tool landscape and thus for the continuous improvement of internal business processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

- You design, implement and optimize scalable work processes in the business area
- You identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement potentials in our daily workflows by analyzing our processes and tool landscape
- You define the most efficient workflows, identify and implement the corresponding tools and train our teams
- You ensure that all tools, systems and processes are running smoothly and are compliant with our quality standards
- You drive communication with stakeholders across the organization to understand and support their process needs by identifying inefficiencies and developing sustainable solutions
- You will write and maintain the most accurate documentation possible for new processes and tools, ensuring a smooth onboarding of new employees
