  • Build a team of outstanding professionals: Lead, build and develop a team of professionals to successfully execute on your comprehensive, full-funnel acquisition strategy
  • Full funnel acquisition strategy: Design and execute a full-funnel acquisition strategy that delivers results measured in SQLs and CAC payback times
  • Drive growth by building and executing performance marketing campaigns together with the team that drives SQL growth (paid ads & paid social)
  • Establish internal processes to optimize conversion on our website and further down the funnel to ensure high efficiency 
  • Unsure, our marketing tech stack is state-of the art and able to cope with current and future requirements 
  • Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting: Own budget, metrics and foster an understanding of our efforts through great internal reporting and sharing of results
  • Build synergize and alignment within the revenue organization: Build effective alignment with key partners in the revenue organization on lead generation

  • 1+ years prior team leader role with at least 3 direct reports

Your role
