Revenue Operations Manager / CRM Manager (m/f/d)

Your role
As Revenue Operations Manager / CRM Manager (m/f/d) you support the revenue teams in preparing and conducting analysis close to the daily business of the revenue teams to further increase MRR growth. Furthermore, you maintain and optimize our CRM workflows and processes to fully enable and support the revenue operations from marketing to sales and customer success.

These challenges are waiting for you:
  • Support business steering through analysis across the customer journey with the goal to build better transparency/visibility of revenue streams by forecasting and pipeline management
  • Act as operational executor and analytical support on revenue initiatives like territory planning, compensation models, headcount planning, attribution modeling, other operational initiatives
  • Implement a proper optimization roadmap and testing workflow to improve the CRM performance further on as well as manage and own the CRM system (setup, hygiene, etc.) e.g. to enable outbound processes etc.
  • Maintain and evolve the revenue tech stack around our CRM and ensure the integrity of data across tools
  • Collaborate with BI & Finance regarding changes to the revenue data model and data quality

What you bring along
  • 1 - 2 years relevant work experience in Revenue/Sales analytics and operations in a B2B SaaS environment; Prior experiences in Marketing, Sales or Customer Success are helpful
  • Bachelor degree or higher in business administration, economics and/or finance are a plus
  • Prioritization skills and project management capabilities to ensure higher return on investment on projects
  • Strong understanding of relevant SaaS KPIs and the ability to present these KPIs in a simple way
  • Operational experience with one of the leading CRM Platforms is a must. Hubspot experience is preferable
